Customer states my vehicle is lower on the rear. There is also a light on the dashboard. He believes it has something to do with the suspension. Inspect and advise.

Confirm customer's concern that the vehicle won't start. After inspection, found that the vehicle is still equipped with the original fuel pump and fuel filter, and the injectors are not receiving any fuel. Recommend fuel pump and fuel filter.

Inspected exposed air conditioning hoses, tubing, and connections for damage or leaks. When accessible, inspected the air conditioning compressor and clutch for damage, missing bolts, broken housing, and leaks. Rotated the compressor to determine if it was seized or locked up. Examined service ports for missing caps, damaged threads, and conformance with labeling. Examined the Condenser coil for damage, restrictions, or leaks. If accessible, examined the expansion device for physical damage or leaks. Checked the accumulator receiver dryer and in-line filter for damage, missing or loose hardware, and leaks. Inspected the drive belt system for damaged or missing pulleys, tensioners, proper belt routing, tension, alignment, excessive wear, or cracking. Inspected the fan clutch for leaking, bearing wear, and proper operation. Inspected the cooling fan and checked for bent or missing blades. Checked accessible electrical connectors for loose burnt or corroded parts. Checked refrigerant in use for contamination. Checked the system for leaking at a minimum of 50 PSI system pressure. Checked the blower motor and air control doors for proper operation. Checked and recorded high and low side pressure. Measured and recorded center air distribution temperature.
